1. Cancellation and Non-Attendance of Appointments

    1. Clients are requested to give a minimum of 24 hours notice when cancelling an appointment with Christella Antoni or one of her associates when online (or 48 hours notice for in-person appointments).
    2. Clients are able to reschedule appointments, provided that the appropriate notice is given of at least 24 hours (or 48 hours notice for in-person appointments).
    3. Failure to give due notice of cancelling an appointment as outlined above will result in the the client being liable for full payment of the fees due for the respective appointment.
    4. Failure to attend an appointment with Christella Antoni or one of her associates without due cancellation will result in the client being liable for full payment of the fees due for the missed appointment.

    2. Payment of Services Received

    1. Self-Paying Clients

    1. Clients who are self-paying are required to pay, in full, the appropriate fee for voice services in advance of any assessments or treatment received.

    2. Failure to provide payment for the appropriate fees as above may result, at the discretion of Christella Antoni or her associates, the client being refused receipt of any assessments or treatments scheduled.

    2. Health Insurance Cover

          1. Please note that clients having treatment covered by private health insurance are required to provide insurance company details including the client’s membership number and authorisation number for treatment, prior to their initial assessment.
          2. Failure to provide the required private health insurance details prior to any treatment being received, will result in the client being requested to self-pay on the day of their assessment(s) or treatment(s) under the terms outlined above in item 2.
          3. Should the client be requested to self-pay under the terms of item 2.2.2, any reimbursement due to the client for the treatment received must be claimed directly from the insurance company of which the client is a member. Any such reimbursement will not be considered to be the responsibility of Christella Antoni or her associates.
          4. Should any further treatment be required beyond the initial treatment authorised by the client’s health insurance company, it is the client’s responsibility to ensure that further treatment is authorised by the insurance company, and the new authorisation number provided to Christella Antoni or her associates prior to the client’s next appointment.
          5. Failure to provide the new authorisation number before any further treatment beyond the initial treatment authorised, will result in the client being requested to self-pay on the day of their assessment(s) or treatment(s) under the terms outlined above in item 2.
          1. In the event that the client’s health insurance policy does not cover the full costs of any assessment(s) or treatment(s) received, the client will be required to pay any outstanding fees.

    3. Session Packages

          1. Session packages are available as advertised by Christella Antoni and her associates which provide clients with the ability to book multiple appointments at a reduced fee than would be due for an individual appointment.
          2. In order to receive the reduced fee as part of a session package and to ensure therapy continuity, all appointments included in the respective package must be booked and confirmed prior to the date of its first appointment.
          1. Clients are able to reschedule appointments, provided that the appropriate notice is given of at least 24 hours (or 48 hours notice for in-person appointments).
          2. Failure to book and confirm all appointments included in the respective package prior to the date of its first appointment may, at the discretion of Christella Antoni or her associates, result in the client being asked to pay the full amount for an individual therapy session.
              1. Any full fee paid for an individual session will not be refundable or credited, in full or in part, as part of a multi-session package booked after the respective fee’s payment.
          3. Failure to cancel or attend any appointments in the session package as detailed in item 1, will result in the respective appointment having been considered received and attended as it relates to the receipt of sessions and therapy due as part of a session package. The fee for the session missed or not cancelled with due notice will not be refundable or credited in full or in part.
          4. All sessions due within a session package must be redeemed within 12 months of the date that the first session was received. Failure to redeem the full amount of sessions due within this 12 month period will not entitle the patient to a refund of the session package either in part or in full.
          5. All fees in relation to session packages are non-refundable.
